Tania Goldman: I am 75 yrs of age. I have diabetes plus other health condition. I have been feeling unwell since Friday. With symptoms of a cold and light flu. Why am I writing this ? Because I just tried phoning MDA for advice and all I got was someone speaking very fast in Hebrew, no English, no Russian and no Arabic. Maybe someone knows a sight I can contact in English. Please help!

Advice: The beach is a relatively safe place with open air and usually a breeze coming off the sea. Compared to supermarkets and workplaces the chances of infection are extremely low… 🙂
