The first detainee is Konstantin Nikitenko who has codename Fox. He drove an armored personnel carrier and shot at people on the streets in Mariupol.

- He is the author of the “Танцуй-Убивай” (Dance-Kill) channel. He shot Russian prisoners, mocked their bodies and shared videos online.
