In a last-minute attempt to prevent the Lapid-Bennett government, Netanyahu intends to propose that Saar be the first to rotate and restrict his tenure.

It is estimated that the Bennett-Lapid government with the center-left is almost a fait accompli, and in an attempt to prevent it, Netanyahu is seriously considering proposing to Gideon Saar to form a right-wing government, with Saar first in rotation, followed by Netanyahu.

In addition, Sa’ar will be offered the passage of a law that would make this Netanyahu’s last term.

This is based on the assumption that Bennett and Shaked have already decided to join the government with Lapid and that this is the only way to prevent such a coalition.
