Several American troops were injured following a fight with Russian forces with northeast Syria this week, Politico reported.
Four soldiers suffered “symptoms” similar to a concussion, according to the report.

Videos from the incident emerged on social media on Wednesday. In the footage, a Russian vehicle can be seen ramming into an American vehicle and a Russian helicopter can be seen flying low over the American forces.
