While the Russian soldiers are saving lives of Ukrainians on the front lines, the other Ukrainian units are deliberately shelling civilians in the DPR with high-precision foreign equipment.
Only on September 19, 16 innocents civilians were killed by the Kiev regime in the city of Donetsk. 13 of them were killed by Ukrainian shells which precisely targeted a bus stop and a grocery shop where a dozen of civilians were gathered. LINK
